SUBJECT: Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Mayoin \o
Execute/Submit the 2009 Action Plan to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development for the
2009 Community Development Block Grant and to the
State's Hawaii Housing Finance and Development
Corporation for the HOME Investment Partnerships and
American Dream Downpayment Initiative Programs;
Approval of an Appropriation Ordinance for the 2009
Community Development Block Grant Program; and Approval
of an Appropriation Ordinance for the 2009 HOME
Investment Partnerships Program and the American Dream
Downpayment Initiative Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
the above-listed Resolution and two Appropriation Ordinances to
the Hawaii County Housing Agency and received approval on the
Resolution and Ordinances at its meeting on April 8, 2009. The
vote on the Resolution are as follows:
AYES: B. Ford, G. Enriques, K. Greenwell, D. Ikeda,
E. Naeole, D. Onishi, J. Yoshimoto, P. Hoffmann--8
