ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, TRAFFIC SCHEDULES, ARTICLE 10,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO
STATUTORY REVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, is amended by
amending subsection (d), paragraph (4) to read as follows:
"(4) Pahala Village, Ka`u:
(A) Hala Street.
(B) Hapu Street.
(C) Han Street.
(D) Hinano Street.
(E) [14xapai ] Huapala Street.
(F) [make] Pikake Street.
(G) Ilima Street.
(H) Kamani Street from Pikake Street to a point approximately two hundred fifty feet
east of Koali Street.
(I) Kaumahana Street.
(J) Kou Street.
(K) Lehua Street.
(L) Maile Street from Kamani Street to the Pahala Community Clubhouse.
(M) `Ohia Street.
(N) Pakalana Street.
(O) Puahala Street.
(P) Pumeli Strect"
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, is amended by
amending subsection (f), paragraph (45) to read as follows:
"(45) PFahele] Nahenahe Loop, mauka side, beginning at St. Paul Road and extending for
one hundred sixty feet in the northerly direction."
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is
underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and
underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end the provisions of this ordinance are severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
