AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. L8-_78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING June 30.2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 080878, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3607.08 Block Grant- Program Income General 60,000.00
Total $2,460,000.00
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
