Project District Ordinance
Dear Chairperson Leithead-Todd and Members of the Planning Committee:
We represent Kaupulehu Developments in the matter of its application for a
Project District at Kaupulehu, North Kona, Hawaii.
Based upon information that this application is being forwarded to the County
Council, this is to request that, as a part of the Planning Committee's review of this
matter, Kaupulehu Developments be allowed to conduct a short presentation to the
Committee for the purposes of providing an overview of the proposed project and zoning.
