Dear council members, mayor and chair,
Please keep the public's trust and vote no on Bill 49. It is not often that the islands population rallies for
a cause by petition, referendum and consequent majority ballot vote. But it has for 2% for land fund.
Please work with the people to find budget cuts and savings such as instigating project management
reports and controls for each department. Review department audits and use line items with realistic
numbers.
The public provided many examples of savings or increasing revenues March 17th. Review these---
together "We Can"
