Dear Council Member
Please honor the 57% of us who voted to save Hawaii Island's treasured places by setting
aside 2% of property taxes per year in 2006. I'm sure you can find other ways to cut the
budget. I'm sure all of you are well aware of the lack of confidence voters already have in
our county government. Adhering to the 2006 vote is one way of helping to restore public
confidence.
