Dear Council Members and Aunty Emily,
I am writing to ask that you please vote to pass Resolution No. 81-09. It is critical
that this be passed. Just think about the papaya outcome. Yes, it may have
saved the industry from a papaya disease. However, it is now virtually impossible
to find papaya plants that are not GMO. They are now everywhere because the
seeds from those survivor papayas keep on propagating.
