SUBJECT: Resolutions Acknowledgi the Service of Departing Councilmembers
John Ray, Joe Reynolds and John Santangelo
Attached please find the official resolutions of record expressing the appreciation of the
Council for the service of John Ray, Joe Reynolds and John Santangelo during their
respective terms of office on the Hawaii County Council.
In keeping with tradition, we will present these resolutions on the morning of December
7, 1998, at the Council's sine die meeting for the current term.
Also attached are copies of the above resolutions for your signature and honorary
transmittal to each councilman. Please sign these honorary resolutions at your earliest
convenience in preparation for our December meeting. Thank you for your consideration
