Re: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 119-09 •"• ~
The purpose of this memorandum is to request that the County Council amend Resolution No.
119-09. This amendment changes the account number that the funds will be credited to. The
account number initially provided by the Aquatics Division was incorrect. The "BE IT
RESOLVED" clause shall to read as follows:
