RE: Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawai'i, this written approval is submitted in regards to Resolution No.356-98
authorizing the Finance Director to negotiate the disposition of Real Property by lease to
Ocean View Development Corporation, a Hawaii Nonprofit Agency, waiving said
referral from the Committee on Finance in order that appropriate action be taken by the
Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that this waiver be
granted.
