Please be advised that I have appointed Dr. Peter A. In of Kamuela to the Hawaii
County Committee on Children and Youth, to replace Kay K. Sakai, who resigned
for personal reasons.
Dr. In has been in private practice as a child psychiatrist since 1976. He has
membership to the State Mental Health Advisory Board, the Hilo Halfway House,
the Family Support Services and the Mental Health Association.
