Attached please find Bill 54, Draft 2, which incorporates those amendments contained in
Communication No. 207.2 that were duly approved at the April 21, 2009, Committee on
Planning meeting. This measure has been postponed to the Committee on Planning meeting that
is scheduled for May 19, 2009.
