SUBJECT: Resolution to authorize one-day-per-month furloughs for non-union, non-
bargained-for employees in the Legislative Branch.
Attached is a resolution to authorize one-day-per-month furloughs for non-union, non-bargained-
for employees in the Legislative Branch in the interest of balancing the budget and providing
leadership in management. Please refer to this resolution to the appropriate committee to meet
on May 5, 2009.
