Attached is a resolution to authorize one-day-per-month furloughs for non-union, non-bargained-
for employees in the Executive Branch (Administration) in the interest of balancing the budget,
and providing leadership in management. Please agendize this resolution in the appropriate
committee on May 5, 2009.
