Dear Councilmember Ray,
Thank you for your work on behalf of the citizens of our district. I am writing on
behalf of Doris and Earl Bakken to request your assistance in making a
contribution to the Count), of I fawaii.
The Bakkens would like to contribute seven 1-ifePak-500 automated external
defibrilators to the fire stations at Waikoloa, Laupahoehoe, Hawaiian Paradise
Park, Pahala, Waiakea, Kaumana and Kaiulani. The Bakkens will purchase the
units at the cost $3,500.00 each.
Thank you for your assistance with this matier. Many thanks also to Ralph
Yawata at the South Kohala Fire Station foi his help in identifying the need for
the defibrilators.
