+tY Os y~ <br />~'L~ <br />•. ~. _.. 11~J~~. <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII -' - STATE OF HAWAII <br />' :~: <br />~ O~~M~ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 134 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested funds for the <br />purchase of miscellaneous recreational equipment: a volleyball system; foosball table; pool <br />table; and a badminton system, including related supplies and accessories, to be used at <br />Pi`ihonua Gym/Carvalho Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the equipment and supplies will improve the recreational facility, and <br />provide a variety of activities for use by the public, thereby promoting a healthy lifestyle and <br />providing supervised social activities; and <br />WHEREAS, the equipment will be available for use by youth and adults alike; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated <br />to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase of the equipment, <br />and related supplies and accessories for Pi`ihonua Gym/Carvalho Park; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks & Recreation <br />$5,000 <br />$5,000 <br />Recreation Div Equipment <br />(Pi`ihonua Gym/Carvalho Park Recreational Equipment) <br />
