This program is aimed at helping communities make profitable investments in commercial and multi-family buildings through energy efficient building technologies. Comm. 496: RESOLUTIONS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO (Res. 159) AGREEMENTS TO FUND GANG PREVENTION GRANTS FOR BOTH (Res. 160) FACT HAWATT ($114.000) AND WEST HAWAII ($104.000) From Finance Director Harry A. These grants are being provided to the Hawaii County Police Department to monitor gang activities and assist the State in the coordination of the critical elements of the youth gang response system. This position is essential to accommodate the increasing workload and responsibilities in the Accounting/Fiscal Section of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
