RE: A RESOLUTION CELEBRATING THE 50th ANNIVERSARY OF
THE KONA OUTDOOR CIRCLE
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule of the Rules of Procedure of the council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regards to Resolution No.3 5 0-98, pursuant
to Chapter 15, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995), regarding the celebration of the
50th Anniversary of the Kona Outdoor Circle in Kailua-Kona, waiving said referral from
the Committee on Public Works and Parks in order that appropriate action can be taken
by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such waiver be
granted.
