The State of Hawaii, Department of Business, Economic Development, and
Tourism has granted an additional $2,000 to the County of Hawaii, Department
of Research and Development for its Energy Coordinator program. Enclosed is
a bill for an ordinance appropriating an additional $1,488 for salaries and
wages, $800 for travel, and reducing the miscellaneous charges account by
$288.
Also enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement
for Non-Bid Purchase of Goods and Services with DBEDT.
