Attached please find proposed amendments to Resolution No. 105-09. The amended table provides the complete list of authorized land acquisition properties that have been adopted via resolution and includes the date in parenthesis when it was approved by the County Council. This table does not include parcels already purchased by the County. While this table lists properties in order of resolution only, it is the County Council that will decide the priority of each parcel. Resolution No. 105-09 is amended as indicated below. A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION N0.296-07, WHICH PRIORITIZED LANDS ;' "" " TO BE ACQUIRED PURSUANT TO HAWAII COUNTY CODE SECTION 2-218, OF THE - , HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED).
