COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15'7 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, Grad Night promotes safe driving and camaraderie for the Kea`au High School <br />graduating seniors and to provide afun-filled, drug and alcohol free Celebration with food, <br />entertainment and activities; and <br />WHEREAS, Grad Night ensures adrug-free and alcohol-free environment for seniors and <br />their guest to celebrate this important transition in their lives; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the <br />Department of Liquor Control to be used to help defray some of the cost and expenses associated with <br />Kea`au High School's Grad Night; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $1,500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $1,500 <br />Public Programs, Misc. Contract Services <br />(Kea`au High School Grad <br />Night 2009) <br />
