HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 157 Draft 01 2008-2010COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 15'7 09 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) WHEREAS, Grad Night promotes safe driving and camaraderie for the Kea`au High School graduating seniors and to provide afun-filled, drug and alcohol free Celebration with food, entertainment and activities; and WHEREAS, Grad Night ensures adrug-free and alcohol-free environment for seniors and their guest to celebrate this important transition in their lives; and WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of Liquor Control to be used to help defray some of the cost and expenses associated with Kea`au High School's Grad Night; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $1,500 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $1,500 CREDITED TO: 010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $1,500 Public Programs, Misc. Contract Services (Kea`au High School Grad Night 2009) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Liquor Control and the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
