A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO
A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides a wide array of services
for the public with excellence, integrity and aloha; and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Division provides a diverse recreation program that
addresses the needs and interests of the respective communities in a safe environment with zero
tolerance for illegal drugs and violence; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division to be used in support of
community functions in District 4; now, Cherefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $200
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $200
Recreation Division OCE
(Community Functions District 4)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
