Vehicles and Traffic Code, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to Inattention to Driving
I move to amend Bill No. 66, Section 4, as follows:
"SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect [upon its approval.] January 1, 2010."
The proposed amendment is in Ramseyer format.
