(Res. 118) IRONMAN MOUNTAIN BICYCLES FROM WORLD TRIATHLON
CORPORATION DBA IRONMAN TRIATHLON
From Police Chief Wayne G. Carvalho, dated June 10,
1997, transmitting the above resolution. The bicycles
will be used by Community Policing Officers as part of
their bicycle patrol program. The approzimate value of
each bicycle is $650 or $1,300 combined.

Comm. 379: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT FROM
(Res. 120) CERTIFIED COATINGS
From Chief Engineer Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, P.E., dated
June 24, 1997, transmitting the above resolution. The
equipment donated for the Traffic Division are as
follows: a Xeroz Model 5337 copier, a Grimmer Schmidt
125 CFM Air Compressor with a 90 lb. Breaker, and a
Honda EM 5000 Generator with a Hilte TE 75 Rotary
Hammer. The value of the donation is $30,000.

(Bill 116) FUEL TAX DISTRICT APPROPRIATIONS

July 10, 1997, transmitting the above bill which
reappropriates the lapsed 1988-92 fuel taz district
appropriations. Because the original amounts were
established by formula and to maintain equity, lapsed
district funds would be reappropriated back to the
respective districts, as follows:

amendment is in accordance with the provision in
