A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Prime Time Football Clinic will be held on July 18, 2009, and in past years
has been a tremendous success, providing Hawaii County youth with the opportunity to receive
instructions from division 1 college coaches; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation will assist in purchsing food for clinic
participants and coaches, football equipment for use during the clinic, and air travel for participating
coaches from Honolulu to Kona; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation to pay food, paper goods, air fare, sports equipment, and any other
miscellanous costs associated with the Prime Time Football Clinic; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

CREDITED TO:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution
to the Director of Park and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is
hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
