Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 36, Draft 2
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 36, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. "Phis proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund Expenditure
Legislative Auditor OCE by $125,000 and increase the Mass Transit OCE by the same amount.
The appropriation will be used to provide transportation services to disadvantaged and disabled
persons throughout the county.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
