I am sending testimony to recommend Richard Creagan be approved as a member of the Ka'u CDP Steering
Committee. His commitment and love of Ka'u have been apparent all the many years I've known him. He would
be a definite asset to the committee because of the in depth research he performs on any subject that he is
concerned about. He is passionate about fairness and equality while being decisive once he has the facts. He is a
life long learner as is evidenced by his expanded education in the field of agriculture. I can't think of a better
person for this position.
