Subject: AGAINST Resolution 66-09
This resolution will not help our island with our refuse problems it will only make it a MkTCH lamer
problem. The resolution is not well-thought-out: it lacks the detail which would give any project likcj his thc'~
"teeth" to make it fit with our aina's priorities.
Please vote "NO" on Resolution 66-09.
