Chairman Yoshimoto and Members of the Hawaii County Council:
My name is Keith Unger and I manage McCandless Ranch in South Kona. I strongly
support the appointment of Ms. Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd to the position of Planning
Director.
Ms. Leithead-Todd's has broad experience in the Hawaii County government and has
already demonstrated her knowledge of West Hawaii issues.
