of the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce. We represent over 365
Directors companies and 700 members. We applaud the idea to include repaving of
Howard Ainsley Saddle Road in the Economic Stimulus funding.

Charles Ensey As business people we utilize the Saddle Road regularly. The ever improving
Stan Fortuna. Jr. condition of this road enables us to save time, wear and tear on vehicles and
Judith Fox-Goldstein operate our vehicles in safer conditions. Many of our members don't allow
Gary Fuiihara employees to drive company owned vehicles on this road currently. The more
Jan Higashi we can improve the road the more we improve working conditions.
