FC-11 Page 4 May 19, 2009 Comm. 333: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER (Res. 164-09) INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE RESEARCH CORPORATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII (RCUH), PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE BIG ISLAND DRUG COURT ENHANCEMENT PROJECT {These funds, awarded to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney through a Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Methamphetamine Initiative Grant, will be used to contract with RCUH to administer the evaluation of the Big Island Drug Court Program.
