The Acquisition of the Pahoa Steam Vent Property In the District of Puna.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for
the acquisition of the Pahoa Steam Vent property in the District of Puna, in accordance
with Chapter 2, Article 36 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As
Amended) with funds from the Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefits
Program.
