A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S).
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation -Division of Parks Maintenance
maintains neighborhood parks, beach parks, cemetaries, playgrounds, ballfields, and other
recreational facilities in an effort to provide the public with safe and enjoyable facilities; and
WHEREAS, a new pressure washer hose is needed for cleaning and maintenance of park
equipment and structures; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to purchase a new pressure washer hose; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

OUT AND FROM:
010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $ 387.65
CREDITED TO:
010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation
Park Maint. OCE, Misc. Materials & Supp.
(Purchase a pressure washer hose) $ 381.65
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance, and that the
Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
