Comm. 372: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ON 08-106 OF THE COUNTY OF
(Bill 92) HAWAII, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN. {amends the Ordinance's attachment
noted as Exhibit A, Draft 2, by replacing it with a new exhibit which adjusts funding
for various projects based on actual needs that differ from the estimates in the
original bond ordinance; adds a new project, Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant
(WWTP) Sludge Removal, because it needs to be done concurrently with the WWTP
Aeration Upgrade. There is no change to the total amount of the bond authorization. }
