Servtng the Interests of the People of Our Island Hawat `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer FC-12 Page 2 June 1, 2009 Comm. 372: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ON 08-106 OF THE COUNTY OF (Bill 92) HAWAII, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN. {amends the Ordinance's attachment noted as Exhibit A, Draft 2, by replacing it with a new exhibit which adjusts funding for various projects based on actual needs that differ from the estimates in the original bond ordinance; adds a new project, Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Sludge Removal, because it needs to be done concurrently with the WWTP Aeration Upgrade.
