Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983
(2005 Edition); Applicant: William and Dixie Minson.
Attached please find Bill 54, Draft 3, which incorporates those amendments contained in
Communication No. 207.3 that were duly approved at the May 19, 2009, Committee on Planning
meeting. This measure has been postponed to the Committee on Planning meeting that is
scheduled for June 1, 2009.
