This is to further clarify the term expiration dates of the following nominees to the Hawaii County Leeward
and Windward Planning Commission. Under provisions established by the Hawaii County Charter,
Section 13-4(c), corrections to the following nominees by correspondence dates are as follows:
May 18, 2009 -Zendo Kern to the Hawaii County Windward Planning Commission. Mr. Kern will serve
an at-large, two-year term to expire on April 1, 2011. He will be eligible to succeed himself for an
additional full term (five years).
May 19, 2009 -Christopher Manfredi to the Hawaii County Windward Planning Commission.
Mr. Manfredi will serve an at-large, one-year term to expire on April 1, 2010. He will be eligible to
succeed himself for an additional full term (five years).
May 19, 2009 -Wayne lokepa to the Hawaii County Leeward Planning Commission. Mr. lokepa will
serve an at-large, four-year term to expire on April 1, 2013
May 19, 2009 -Brandi K. Beaudet to the Hawaii County Leeward Planning Commission. Mr. Beaudet
will serve an at-large two-year term to expire on April 1, 2011. He will be eligible to succeed himself for
an additional full term (five years).
