1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Relating to the International Energy Conservation
Code
For your consideration, please find attached a bill to Amend Chapter 5, Article 2, Section 5-2.1.10fthe
Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended).
The proposed bill clarifies that copies of the International Energy Conservation Code are available for
public inspection at the department of public works and the office of the county clerk.
