Re: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 94, relating to the operating budget for
the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009.
The purpose of this memorandum is to request that the County Council amend Bill No. 94. This
proposed amendment deletes [ decreasing and should read as follows:
"SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08 -78, as amended, is hereby further amended by
increasing [ decreasing ] revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in
Section 2."
Proposed amendments are in Ramseyer format and a clean copy is attached.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08 -78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08 -78, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.
