PROJECT JUSTIFICATION & OUTCOME(S) (Ust all that apply): No other community parks exist in the nearby areas. Playground equipment, pavilions, picnic areas, and parking are needed for community. 12. LONG RANGE PLANS/COMMUNITY VALUES: Supports the Kona Community Development Plan to provide neighborhood parks in large subdivisions, provides play opportunities for children and adults. 13.
