1 am offering testimony in favor of the appointment of Chris manfredi to the County of Hawaii Windward
Planning Commission. Chris has been very active in the Ka'u community, working closely with farmers
and ranchers to support their continued livelihood. I have served with Chris Manfredi on the Ka'u
Agricultural Water Cooperative District, Ka'u Farm Bureau, and the Ka'u Soil and Water Conservation
District and can attest to his dedication.
As a former planning commissioner, I know how much of a committment is required to accept this post.
I am very comfortable reccommending his appointment. Chris will represent the Ka'u community well.
