AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96-68, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1996 TO JUNE 30, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 96-68, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1996
to June 30, 1997, is hereby amended by increasing the following
appropriations:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Lindsey Road Improvements [$250,000] $500,000
(110-399-5394.07-115)
Lindsey Road Improvements - Federal [$1,013,341] $2,195,058
(110-399-5394.06-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be
provided from:
General Obligation Bonds and/or Other Sources $250,000
Federal Grants Receivable $1,181,717
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation
amount being amended. Underscored material represents the amended
appropriation.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
