My name is Ray Shirakawa, I am a resident of Wai'ohinu
in Ka'u.
I support the recommendation of Mr. Chris Manfredi to
the Planning Commission. I support Chris because of his
genuine caring for the community of Ka'u. He has carried
himself respectfully and I see he has been community
based on his involvement with issues in our district. For
these reasons, I support his nomination to the Planning
Commission.
