The 2% land fund is one critical way to balance the desires of developers with the needs of a burgeoning island population whose quality of life depends upon natural and cultural resource protection. I urge you to approve acquisition of Kaiholena, Pao'o, and Puapua'a as per recommendations by the Open Space Commission. Mhaalo for doing what's right for the people and 'aina.
