Amendments to the FY 2009-2010 Capital Budget
This is to transmit Bi1137, Draft 4, which was the result of amendments approved at the Council
meeting on June 2, 2009, adding the following projects:
Projects
1. Kealakehe Regional Pazk Master Plan
2. Kailua Pazk Master Plan Improvements
3. Kama`ili Road Paving
4. Ainaloa Waterline Installation
5. Shazed Road Bike Signage for Ali`i Drive (reapprop. 5397.19)
6. Ali`i Kai Park
7. Captain Cook Fire Station (reapprop. 5296.72)

The amendments increased the FY 2009-2010 Capital Budget by $4,600,000 to $209,936,000,
2.2% higher than the Draft 3. However, Draft 4 was $6,100,000 (3.0%) higher than the budget
proposal submitted on May 5, 2008 (Draft 2).
Additional amendments approved rearrangement of projects appropriately in Sections 1 and 2.
Also, replaced pages 107 to 145 for the Department of Public Works as incorrect information
contained in line 11 and 12 on the Project Data/Financial Impact Statement Sheets.
