Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 77, reports as follows:
Bill No. 77, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 331
dated May 5, 2009, amends Chapter 24, Section 24-20 relating to Motor Vehicle Driver's Permit and
License Fees. The proposed amendment removes fees for six-year driver's licenses and adds fees for
one-year and eight-year driver's licenses to comply with the State Legislature's passage of Act 50.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 77, and recommends it
pass first reading.
