Ordinance No. 1

6ection 1. No Ortlinance for the
- County of Hawaii shall be held to
take effect until it shall have passed •
by a majority vote of all of the Sup-
ervisors at a regular or special meet-
ing of the Board of Supervisors and
-~ ~ shell be signed and sealed as provid- ~
ed in this Ordinance.
Section 2. Whenever an Ordinance ~~7a-e. s' ~ f--
. , shall have received the affirmative
vote of the majority of the Supervis- ``
~ ,
ors at any meeting at which such Or- Q ~ r.
dinance Ss considered, it shall be duly ~
- enrolled and signed by the Chairman
-- of the Board of Supervisors presiding _
~ at such meeting, and it shall be at-
tested by the County Clerk whose at-
testation shall contain, among other
things, the fact of the passage of the
j Ordinance and the date thereof, and
shall be impressed with the seal of
the County.

forthwith cause a true and correct
copy of such Ordinance to be post-

ed upon a Bulletin Board in a conspicu- -
-• ous place in the rooms used by the
„ ;} Board of Supervisors for its meetings

~ and shall also cause the same to be
,r ' published for at least once a week
for two consecutive weeks in a news-

. ~ paper published at the County Seat. '
