HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1906-018County of Hawaii, Territory of Hawaii Ordinance No. 18 REGULATING HUNTING WITH GUNS OR FIREARMS AND RE- QUIRING APERMIT THEREFOR. Section 1. No person shall hunt with guns or firearms of any kind in the County of Hawaii without first ob- taining from the Sheriff of the County of Hawaii a permit so to do. Section 2. The Sheri: of the Coun- ty of Hawaii shall cause books to be printed, containing such permit, duly numbered, a record of which shall be kept by him, and which said per- mit shall contain: (a) The name, age, nationality and residence of the person to whom such permit may be issued. (b) If the applicant is a minor, the name and residence of the father or guardian of such minor; provided, however, that no permit shall be is- sued to any minor unless the consent, in writing, of the father or guardian of such minor shall first be present- ed to the Sheriff. Section 3. Any person who shall violate any of the terms of this Ordi- nance shall be fined not less than Five Dollars ($5) nor more than One Hun- dred Dollars ($100). JOHN T.
