REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 28
Be It Ordained by the Board of Sup-
ervisors of the County oY Hawaii:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 28,
entitled "An Ordinance to amend Or-
dinance No. 26 entitled "Relating to
Hack Stands in the Town of Hllo, and
Regulating the Use and Occupation
Thereof, by amending paragraph 3
of section 1 thereof;' be and the same
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect from and after date of
its adoption.
By the Board of Supervisors, Coun-
ty of Hawaii.
