Ordinance No. 32 AMENDING SECTION 16 OF ORDI- NANCE NO. 19 EivTITLED "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION, IDENTIFICA- TION AND OPERATION OF MO- TOR CARS," F.S AMENDED EY ORDINANCE NO. 24. Be it ordained by the Board of Sup- ervisors of the County of Hawaii: That Section 18 of Ordinance No. 19 of the County of Hawaii, passed by the Board of 6upervisors of the Coun- ty of Hawaii, upon the 9th day of Aug- ust, 1906, and amended by Ordinance No. 24 of the County of Hawaii, passed by the Board of Supecvisors pf the County of Hawaii on the 8th day of August, A. D. 1907, is hereby further amended to read as follows: Section I6. CHARGES. The charge for registering a motor car and issu- ing acertificate for registration there- of, shall be One ($1.00) Dollar, which shall be collected by the Sheriff and paid to the County Treasurer as a County realization. The charge for examining the ap- plicant for a Chauffeur's ertificate shall be Two ($2.00) Dollars, which amount shall be Paid by the appli- cant to the examiner at the tame of filing his application. and shall be paid by the Examiner to the County Treasurer as a County realization. The Charge for registering a Chauf- feur and issuing a certificate to him shall be One ($1.00) Dollar, which shad be collected by the Examiner and paid to the County Treasurer as a County realization. The Examiner of Chauffeurs shall make a monthly report in detail to the Board of Supervisors of the examina- tions made, the amounts collected and the number of certificates issued. The Examiner of Chauffeurs shall be entitl^d to a Pee of Two Dollars ($2.00) for each examination made and charges collected by him and paid to the County Treasurer, a warrant for which shall be issued by the Coun- ty Auditor on the County Treasury.
